Meet Our Staff

Amanda, Registered Dental Hygienist

When Amanda was 11 years old, she managed to crack her front tooth on the edge of a pool one summer, and that is when her fascination with teeth started. She decided during her freshman year at Field high school that she wanted to be a dental hygienist. Amanda graduated from Stark State College's dental hygiene program in 2008 and has been enjoying the adventures of the dental field since. Her passion is to make people feel confident when they smile. In 2012, Amanda married her supportive husband, Ryan, and has three wonderful rescue dogs and one crazy cat. In her spare time Amanda enjoys painting, running, and being outdoors.

Kim, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kim has been in dentistry for over 27 years. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College and the University of Akron in dental hygiene and technical education. She has taught in dental hygiene programs for over 15 years. She also provides continuing education seminars for dental professionals at the local and national level. She has three daughters who are active with their academics, softball, and dance. She enjoys reading, weight training, and vacationing with her children.

Kristina, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristina has been practicing dental hygiene for over 25 years. She is a graduate from Youngstown State University. Providing exceptional patient care and developing patient relationships are the most fulfilling part of her job. She has a family of six including three sons and one daughter. Kristina's hobbies include supporting their activities and horse back riding with her daughter.

Annie, Registered Dental Assistant

Annie has been with this practice since 1981 as a chair-side dental assistant. She has been married to Wayne since 2001. Annie has a daughter, Danielle, a son-in-law, Matt, three stepdaughters and two step-grandchildren. She likes taking long walks, working in her yard, and spending quality time with her family.

Gloria, Financial Coordinator

Gloria is a lifetime resident of the Akron area. She has worked in dentistry since 1975. She and her husband, John, have a blended family. Gloria has two grown daughters and six grandchildren. John has four children and two grandchildren. Gloria and John also have three Chihuahuas. They love to compete in darts and go out on their boat in Portage Lakes.
